unable to turn on my smasung A7 2017 [SM-A720F]

Can anybody please help me my phone doesnt want to turn on. What i did was i flashed a clockwork custom recovery on m,y sm-a720f using odin and it worked fine And about a week later I somehow turned of oem unlock and then tried to go into my recovery and now it just boots up to the samsung logo and stays there . I tried flashing its stock rom and it immediately fails and shows this error "sw rev check fail device 3 binary 1" and same with its combination files . So if anyone can help please do
