I forgot the security pattern of my HTC One M9 phone, then I locked it from Android Device Manager "Find my device" trying to resolve the issue.
The case now is when I try to get into recovery mode it gives me a screen of a picture of phone with Red Exclamation mark in the middle that stays for a minute then phone starts normally, this means I am not even able to get into recovery mode.
I was hoping someone can help me find a solution to unlock my phone without losing data. Or Maybe if there is a way to backup the phone before factory reset it (need help getting into recovery mode to reset). Thank you
