Unable to unlock my phone !!

Hello everybody !
I've a problem with my (HTC Desire 630 Dual Sim) and wish you can help
When i set screen lock or pattern lock and try to unlock phone it doesn't respond !
the screen becomes dark and return to the locked screen mode !
I've done a Factory Reset .. the phone opens but when setting screen lock and trying to unlock it doesn't respond again !

Welcome to Android Central! It looks like it was locked by Google's Find My Device. Did you create a PIN using Find My Device, or did the phone already have a PIN set up? (If you use Find My Device to remotely lock a phone that already has a screen lock set up, it will still use that original screen lock's PIN.)
