Unable to update any apps from google play store

Hi guys, need your help here am unable to update any app or download any app from Google Play Store for Android version 9. Please guide how to resolve this issue.

What phone do you have and what software version are you on?
Is it giving you an error when you try to update?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?


Try going to Settings>Apps, select Google Play Store, tap Storage, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager -- you probably have to tap Menu>Show System to see it. Now try again.
