Unable to update AT&T note 4

Received notice about 600mb update...downloaded and got the "update interrupted" screen on two different occasions. Have an AT&T note 4, not unlocked or anything...anyone else having any problems?

If you don't have something like 5 gig free it won't install.

Clear your application cache (settings / general / storage / tap on the "Cached Data" once it is done calculating and tap OK to "Clear cached data?"

Make sure you have plenty of free space. I've heard anywhere from 6GB to 12GB. I think I had about 10GB and it worked fine for me. Deleting pictures (assuming you have backed them up!) is a good way to clean up some room.

Try again. You may have to wait a day or set the system clock on your phone forward a day (turn off "set time automatically" and set the date one day forward. Be sure to reset "set time automatically" when you are done!)
