Unable to upgrade to Android 10

Hi,

I've got a Motorola One Macro, link below, and it's got Android 9/Pie on it (4GB RAM, 64GB internal space, launched on 2019, October 12). I would imagine there's no issue at all or reason for why such a high-spec phone can't "handle" Android 10. So, why am I unable to upgrade it Android 10 ? I just don't get this at all:(. System update hasn't got anything new for me, it says I'm already up-to-date. Since getting this phone, two security patch type of updates were installed, but no Android update...

Thanks :D

Good, don't do it.I just got it in my lgg7 TMobile. And as usual Google added nothing good, took away good features and ruined others. Camera so sucks, recent apps you now have to scroll side to side through full page cards rather than vertical stack. It's garbage, enjoy not having it while you can.

Nope, whyz Android 10 not available currently by Moto ? That's what I don't get...
Because someone has to make Android 10 work with your specific device and that responsibility rests with Moto who adds certain features that are specific to Moto and your device.

Thanks for sharing your opinion but your personal dislikes with Android 10 doesn't answer the OP's question. I also doubt that Android 10 has anything to do with how you feel about your camera software. Any issues with the camera software would be relative to whatever LG did to the camera software.
