Unable to use mp3's as ringtones with ICS???

Once upon a time, I was able to use any mp3 stored on my phone as a ringtone. What am I not seeing with ICS? For the life of me, I can't figure out how to use a ringtone that wasn't a default installed with the new OS. :-\
