Unable to use the shre tray

[Android Central Question]

I'm using a Samsung Note 5

and I have the same issue and it seems like there is alot of people having the same problem of "not being able to share photos form the gallery"
I tried every thing like wiping the data to ALL THE APPS , reseting all apps prefrences and also tried to reset the settings of the the Phone itself and nothing works and I force stopped Facebook too and nothing works,

Also my phone doesn't have an SD card because someone asked if the photos were on SD card or the phone memory... so could anyone help solving this pleaaase?!

If you're referring to "the same issue", you should register an account so you can post in the thread ith the issue - we have no idea what you're referring to.

If you sync your pictures with your Google account, you have thumbnails on the phone, not full pictures. When you look at a particular picture, the phone gets it from the cloud. But when you share it, you're sharing the thumbnail, which doesn't work. You can download the one(s) you want to share, then share them. Or go to Google Photos, share them there, get the links, and share the links in a text or email. (Tap or click Go To Photos - they've changed the site.)
