I found a Samsung galaxy S22.
I literally jumped on train tracks to pick it up, nobody called me for 3 days on it..
They probably think the train ran over it and broke it.
So I think the IMEI is not reported stolen.

I dod a factory reset, and the initial Google page says: "Unauthorized datawipe detected, please enter PIN to enter to phone".

Can anything be done? I did all I can to try and return it, and I legally found it, even grabbing it dangerously as the train was 2 minutes away and some tracks risk electrocution.
Would much appreciate it, Ive been using an S7 for years now, it would really make my day.

It's protected by that user account, as it should be. it's worthless to use .
Return to proper authorities, we won't discuss bypassing or anything related to this topic.
