Question Unblock message sender without phone number

Text messages from my bank are being blocked. I know how to unblock other senders, but with this one there is no option to unblock them. I think this because there is no sender number, just a name.

Ideas, please?

The thing about feedback to Google is that they won't actually respond to you. But they do review all feedback, so it's definitely worth letting them know about the issue.

Good suggestion. I tried that, but I've never used Samsung messages before and I can't see how to block any of the senders, except for the ones from unsaved numbers.
