I think xda is where I got it and I did have Norton problems with it. I'm using Microsoft Security essentials now and it works, I'm using Windows 7 though.

I had to disable my malware and just use Security Essentials to get it to work.

sorry about thread necro but has anyone actually had luck with the "write" button to MEID in DFS? Mine always reads back the old MEID after attempted write. AAA stuff is always blank too and I always open with LGNPST first and "read", send SPC code, etc. Or is it required to write a SPC of all zero's? QPST can do a full read after opening LGNPST but that doesn't help me and CDMA workshop can only change pESN it seems.
