"Unexpected server error occurred. Please try again"

Six month old Samsung S4 thru Verizon. In the hands free mode ONLY, I get the above error message whenever I attempt to call or text (not using bluetooth thru car). Problem only began two days ago. No new apps etc. Verizon store personnel stumped. Thoughts?

I am getting that problem when I try to use S voice, cant use blue tooth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE _ _ _ _ !!
