Unfortunately Bluetooth share has stopped

Over the past week or so I keep getting a message that says Unfortunately Bluetooth share has stopped. Device is up to date with version 4.3.

Anyone got any brilliant fixes?:-

Try clearing your bluetooth share, cache....and or enter recovery, (is applicable) and do a wipe of the cache partition.

That sounds good, but how do I find the bluetooth share cache, I am a real novice.
