Unfortunately camera has stopped. why is this happening?

unfortunately camera has stopped. why is this happen.

exactly after I installed snap chat, my front camera couldn't work til now.
I had done clear cache, clear data in application manager.
I had done trying in safe mode.
I had done reinstall snapchat and uninstall it again.
I had done factory reset.
but the problem remains.
help me please...

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Are you saying that the front-facing camera stopped working, or the rear-facing camera, or both?
