unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped on Galaxy Mega 6.3 Duos
how fix this error. help me

Welcome to the forums my friend!

This may help. Try going to settings--> Application Manager (Apps) --> Google Play Services --> Clear Cache. If that doesn't do it, go back to Application Manager --> click the Menu and select Reset App Preferences.

Unfortunately that doesn't help on my Nook Color with CyanogenMod 10.1.3.2 (Android 4.2.2)

Still get failure Message.... Help !

Try returning to the app menu, selecting "Google Play Store", and clearing the data this time. This worked for me.

May need to do a factory reset.
Or
Root and uninstal/reinstall the app via sideload and titanium backup.
Or
Flash a custom recovery and flash gaaps package
