Any ideas why this keeps happening / crashing?

I have had the phone for about 2 months. Upgraded it to 5.0 out of the box, then reset again to factory defaults before starting to use the phone.

This is now happening daily and I have noticed that the settings app does start to eat memory when it's open (200-300 mb)

Phone is factory unlocked so not on a carrier. Use it on EE.

no system upupdates showing yet for 5.01.

Thanks in advance.

I notice this happening too and also other parts of the OS seem to "stop" working. Sending my phone back again for warranty, seems like this phone really isn't good at all.

I get 'sorry home has stopped working' a few times a week, then it sits me on recent apps until home has reloaded

I got the home error until I replaced the launcher with nova.

Yesterday I spotted when settings failed my internet stopped (wifi gets an !). I am on holiday and connecting to wifi via the free portal can't receive cell data as poor signal. Its crashing 3 plus times a day which is a lot more than when I am at home.

You will get "unfortunately nova has stopped" soon trust me. My phone keeps forgetting my default launcher settings.

not had a problem with nova yet but looks like it may be in the post. I do however get Google services also stopping! Really frustrating.

Yeah, I would not send phones back because it isn't the phone. This seems to be pretty recent. Home, Play Services, Amazon, and even Chrome. Not sure what the issue is lately

The fact that different things say they have stopped and random reboots and sometimes overheating is enough reason for me to get it warrantied.
I want a phone that works like it has the specs it claims and can handle the 500 apps I have installed.
Otherwise it's not a good phone. We will see if the new one they are sending me will be the perfect one.
