Unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped

[AC Question]

I yust bought a Samsung S7 edge and Vodacom Rustenburg transferred all my data via the usb adaptor and cable. I had it back and they said it was because I wasnt registered on the network. In the mean time I have registered and the problem is still there
