Go to settings<application manager<all<Google services framework<forcestop<clear cache

If this doesn't work, there are a few other things you can try.

I have a new galaxy gt-5282, and there is a feature I want to remove. Whenever I dial a nr., an icon of the normal shape of a lock is shown, and I have to tap it twice so I can talk. Nothing in the call settings is mentioned about this. How can I remove this lock ? like a normal S2,S3 or S4 ?
