unfortunately touchwiz home stopped

[Android Central Question]

i have a message "unfortunately touchwiz home stopped" .i can not remove or move my icons on the home screen...apps ..shortcuts...and the symbols themselves of "remove" and "move app" on the top are not there anymore...and the speed is slower for my icon to appear...what can i do? i tried to power off and then on ..went to setting.. app. ..touchwiz..clear cache but it doesn't change anything...i don't want to clear data because i will lose all my photos folders etc... thank you for your advice.

Try force stopping it
