unfurtunately weQR has stop..what can I do?Please help me and thank You..

my sister gave me her first samsung galaxy note 3....On my first day of use I can still open some apps..But as the time pass, i reopen the cellphone and there it is. "unfurtunately the weQR has stop" i click the "OK" since I don't have any choice.But then,it's always bat in..
