"unforunately Google Play Store Has Stopped" mesage when writing reviews

EVERY TIME I write a review of an app using the Google Play Store, upon hitting "submit" I ALWAYS get a message, "unfortunately Google Play Store has stopped" (it crashes) with NO option to send report, and the review is NOT there!!!

Have you tried going to Settings>Apps>All​, selecting Google Play Store, and Force Stopping, then Clearing Cache/Data?
