Which Android version are you using, beta or latest stable 10.3.1? When did you noticed this problem for the first time?
Are you using OOS Parallel Apps?
Do you have in settings - accounts any account that shouldn't be there?
Are you familiar with adb commands?
I think that data usage from "all work apps" comes from a hidden work profile created by parallel apps and your second WhatsApp account. There are some workarounds to remove that profile but they would remove that parallel account as well. I suppose you want to keep this account and this workaround will be useless for you.Hi Javier, I'm running 10.3.0, that is the latest rolled out, I do have parallel apps (WhatsApp) running. I have noticed the problem recently however I have never looked at data useage in detail before under accounts all accounts are mine

See this thread from OnePlus forums. It's an old thread but there are recent posts from OP 6 users as well.

I'll let you know if I find something else.
Yes, those adb commands are included in the thread I linked. The problem is that they will remove the second WhatsApp account in Parallel Apps, which is a bit of a disaster for the OP.Also, one possible way of fixing it, I found earlier, involved connecting the phone to a computer and using ADB commands. Are you confident about doing that, should it be necessary?
Agreed, leave it as it is. It's just a tag created by the system after using Parallel Apps.Great stuff, I think I would leave it as is as I need parallel WhatsApp, I was just concerned about this unknown app, appreciate your help with it

I'm going to ask the mods to move this thread to the OP 6/6T forum, where other owners can see it and give their feedback.I was more over cautious about malicious app, but seems that it not so I don't see a paint removing it, thnaks
