Looks like the OP is using the "SD Maid" app cleaner. The developer of that app had their account removed from the Google Play Store last year. They are back with "SD Maid 1", so I don't know if that's this app being used now.

Either way, most "cleaner" apps are not all that great to begin with. Most are just adware themselves.

Need more information from OP but if it's an app cleaner remove it they are not worth it .

SD Maid is actually better than the ilk, but I believe its uninstall option exists for all apps, even uninstallable system apps (unless you have root). The way to uninstall it would be by using ADB.
