Unique Notification Tone

Is there a way to set a unique tone for messages received from one of my contacts?

click on people and click on the person you want, than hit menu button look for set ringtone and pick what you want and set and your done.

I've got the ringtones set but I don't think you can set the text/email notifications for each contact, at least, not that I've been able to find out about.
