Unknown device shows up in my play store "My Devices"

[AC Question]

I was installing apps from the play store and saw a galaxy note 3 (SAMSUNG-SM-N900A) in the list of my devices. I have never owned any Samsung devices. I don't know anyone who owns a Note 3. Anyone see this before? Anyone know how to fix it... how to delete a device from play?

Update. I called the Play Store help center. They had no clue and were useless.
