Unknown Icon in my Top Bar, Galaxy Note 4 Edge

At the top of my phone where the WiFi, Location, Sound etc is located in normal screen mode there is a square with a N inside of it. When I open the top bar it is not there.

Android version 5.0.1

I can't see clearly that icon from your avatar. You could try posting a screenshot instead. Just in case, check in your settings if you have NFC activated.
