Unlock Bootloader After Latest Update?

Is it possible to unlock the bootloader after the latest update (the one that added multi-view)? The EZ-Unlock app seems to be gone from the Play Store? although I'm not sure it would have worked anyways.

I checked and I'm pretty sure my phone is unlocked already. The Samsung logo flashes by quickly (less than a second) if you're unlocked, right? Also, the EZ Unlock app is no longer in the Play Store.
