Unlock Bootloader Help On Maxx Non-Dev

so i found a workaround on the motorola website to unlock the bootloader directly from them but when i click on get my unlock code i get an error like the one in the image

That's because, the MAXX can not be rooted, and the bootloader is locked!

Motorola’s Web site, to unlock the bootloader , only works with certain devices and the MAXX is not one of them.

ok so like i said i found a way so that i can request my bootloader key with it saying i am eligible for an unlock as shown below, my problem is that i get a 404 error

When you go to Motorola’s website, and look for what device are supported. There is a list of devices, and the ONLY DROID MAXX IS THE DEV-EDITION. Not the regular MAXX. That is why you are getting these errors. Did you have to pervade the IMEI number of a serial number? I don't think that this will work for you, sorry to say.
