I have a AT&T Motorola Backflip Warranty Replacement that I really need unlocked. I was told by a unlock dude on eBay that my particular phone can't be unlocked because most likely it's refurbished, and that with a refurbished Backflip, a unlock code won't work. Has anyone else ever heard this before? If so, Is it true? Why?
