How can I unlock root rights on my phone? I have already tried different options, for example, I went into fastboot and entered fastboot oem unlock, it does not work, you need a key, to get this key you need to enter fastboot oem get_unlock_data, I entered it and it gave me an error that this is an unknown command, I tried flashing unlock, the same thing, I tried moving the cable to the 2.0 USB port, the same thing, I reinstalled adb and fastboot, reinstalled the drivers on the moto, but nothing worked. Maybe there is some way to unlock root?

Welcome.

When I unlocked the bootloader on a Motorola phone years ago, I had to request an unlock code from Motorola, which was readily granted. I don’t remember much else about the procedure.

I also wrote about this problem on the motorolla forum, this is what they told me:
Thank you for sharing your getvar details. After reviewing the information, we've determined that the device is not eligible for this program. This is why the device is unable to be unlocked. We hope you understand. Maybe this information will help somehow?

Your bootloader has to be unlocked first , but you should check XDA

Edit: also if it's greyed out in developer settings that means your bootloader is locked

As you're looking online for relevant info on how to maintain your Moto G13, it will help if you use established terminology. Reading through your posting, it's hard to determine if you want to unlock your phone's bootloader or you want to root your phone's installed Android OS. The two are interrelated but they're also two different things. You need to approach each one separately instead of mixing the two as a single task.
Rooting
Bootloader lock
It's also necessary to keep in mind that not all smartphones are at the same level, some are easier to unlock or root, some very difficult, some not possible. As a generic rule, old, dated phones were easier, newer models can be more cumbersome.
