Unlocked Android phone with "decent" camera

Hello
My wife has a Moto G stylus 4G (2020 I think) that is getting very slow, and obviously not 5G (She is with Metro PCS by T-mobile)
What would be a good replacement, unlocked, not smaller (slightly larger is a plus) with a decent camera?
I was thinking about the One+ Nord N30 5G for $250, but it seems the camera is not that great?
What about the Moto G Stylus 5G 2023? is it good?
There is also the Samsung Galaxy A54.....but it's $100 more
Any other good recommendation under $300?

N30 5G is a solid phone but photos will be a mixed bag ..also to note most likely only seeing one Android 14 update and a few years security updates if that's important to you

I'm not familiar with this one and would need to do a little research but Motorola does not have the best reputation for pics on prior phones ..

I would say I'd personally take a OnePlus over the Motorola if it was me but would need to test the camera in person ...

I know you don't want to go higher just throwing it out there but I see the Pixel 7a down to $375 in places like BestBuy and Amazon ..just a thought since you will most likely get more years of updates and support with a better camera for sure ...

Is that one at $350 ? Samsung gives some good bang for the buck options on the lower end phones might be a good look see ...at this price range I would take a look for sure ..let me check prices

We purchased an A54 for a family member, last Oct – for $329, (on amazon, where I see they're now on a 'Limited time deal' for $349.)
It's been working great and the fam mem has been very happy with it. Though we haven't personally used/or compared its camera with our S23's.

Same, but different (but mostly same) - the Galaxy A54 is proof that you don't make changes to a winning formula. Or that's how Samsung sees it, at least....

Interesting... Just purchased
A54 5g (349$ Amazon) for BF replacing his "moto g power 2022". OMG.He Finally let me. Hopefully will get Android v14 soon.
If the One plus was a little less I would totally get for him...
He's very rough on his phones & HATES "technology".
Hope this is a decent phone.
