Unlocked at&t note 9

Hello, I recently activated tmobile service with my at&t unlocked Note 9 but am having problems. I have all signal bars and 4glte but have really slow data. Speed test only got up to .20 mbps. Also when i make a call the 4glte goes away and is replaced with a E. Any help would be appreciated

You may need to update the carrier info in the network settings.
