Unlocked HTC ONE - Canada update

Will the 4.3 update for unlocked phones in Canada be delayed also?
My phone is unlocked and i still have not received the update.

I also have an unlocked Canadian version and my phone is still on Android 4.1.2, and there appears to be no update for me, is there something wrong with my phone?
