Unlocked my S6A and now I can't send multimedia texts

So I bought a Galaxy S6 Active from a retailer, got it unlocked, chose Ting as my carrier...

And now I can't send multimedia texts. When I'm the recipient of a group text, it doesn't work out well, either.

Is this a network issue, or is this a phone issue where I don't have something set right in the settings? Any suggestions? I've tried contacting Ting, and I've got all the network settings right from their POV. Just really annoyed with this.

I guess you'll have to configure your APN settings for TING manually. Find the settings here: https://help.ting.com/hc/en-us/articles/205428698-GSM-Android-APN-Settings
