unlocked note 2?

If I bought an unlocked note 2 could I use a straight talk TMobile sim? Or I guess I'm asking what note 2 do I need to look for to use a prepaid service? Thanks.

The tmobile note ii and the att note ii are the same phone except for the tmobile version having an extra band. Both have lte but most prepaid dont support it so you can just run stock antennas. I have an unlocked tmobile note ii and am running on att straightalk now. Now extra flashing required. Just set up your apn like the sim card instructions say.

You can buy an unlocked phone, but make sure its usa and has the right lte bands. You can buy a tmobile phone but they hastle you about being a custumer for two months saying its to ensure you didnt steal the phone. [Two months just gives someone more time to steal my phone right?] Opend a bbb claim, got an executive that called me, said he would expodite my claim, I faxed in my full pay recept. Now fast forward a week. My fax wasent received. I called and threated further bbb action and a lawsuit. 30 miniuts later my fax appeared and my unlock xode recieved. Sounds like alot of hastle but the phone should cost ypu less money. Just be a dick, your gonna haft too.

Furthermore if u buy a tmobil phone the tmobile st sim will work, same for att phone with att sim card, without being unlocked.
