That is a third party selling the international imported version.

The US unlocked version will be N930U

And also notice the no warranty in the title. This model isn't compatible with 3 usa carriers which Samsung makes carrier specific models for.

You would need to look for lte bands 2,4,5,12,29,30 for att and tmobile.
