1400kB? That's 1.4MB... hardly an update! That being said, I'll assume this was a typo and you might be getting Oreo as it was confirmed by Samsung reps that it was coming in the next couple of weeks...two weeks ago. So timeline fits, and carrier versions are getting it since a few days ago, so...

If bought in HK then you need to check if the unlocked version meant for that region has received the update or not. The unlocked model that the OP is talking about is the US unlocked version.
