Unlocked Note 9 in Canada

Hi guys, I just bought a unlocked note 9. Just was wondering if they are going to push the pie update to my phone. What's the deal.

If it's factory unlocked (meaning not carrier-branded), Samsung sends it. (The question is "when", and don't ask. They send out updates when they like.)

is your phone set to auto or manual check for software updates? I have pie. I go manual and force the check for updates. I'm unlocked on telus
