Unlocked on AT&T VoLTE

So will unlocked note 10 plus get hd voice (volte) on att prepaid? Mine reverts to hspa when on calls. Yet my A51 stays on LTE. I realize its a newer release, but I saw a att page that shows the u1 models should get hd voice.

I spent almost an hour with them a few days ago and were supposed to create a ticket to get it working on my unlocked Note 10+. I called back yesterday and after like a half hour I eventually got transferred to the AT&T TV department, who then transferred me to the tech support for post paid who then transferred me back to the prepaid support. After I got transferred back I explained the situation to him again and he wanted to do more troubleshooting and didn't even know what HD voice (VoLTE) was. Eventually he got a ticket opened up and I got a number for it and made a note to get my SIM card replaced for free at the store. And I just got it activated in the store last week with a brand new SIM card too. My girlfriend's iPhone works fine for VoLTE but when I put my SIM card in it then it switches to 4G, just like it switches to H or H+ on my Note. On AT&T's own site it lists the factory unlocked Samsung phones as being compatible for HD Voice but clearly it's not set up right on their end yet. I ordered the Note 20 Ultra and plan on flashing the AT&T firmware on that just have the features work correctly, I hope.

I just switched the IMEI online to the one from my old iPhone 7 a while back and reset the CSC settings on my Note and now VoLTE is working. I probably won't switch it back unless my phone stops working for some reason. I also had to put the SIM card in my girlfriend's iPhone to get LTE to work for data after I first activated in the store too since it would only connect to H/H+.
