Went with Liquid smooth and I really think that was the right choice. Flashing was a breeze. Had this phone for well over a month now. Don't know why I took so long to root:-[

Welcome to the dark side. Have you flashed the v6 supercharger yet? Its an add on for liquid.
Get looking for a theme too. Wonder over to rootzwiki. They'll have a bunch of themes there for you.

I was never a fan of themes with CM7 on my Inc, but I'll see if there are some screenshots. I like the stock look. Not sure what V6 supercharger is so I'll have to check that out.

Also, is it just me or does the screen actually look better over the stock 4.0.2? I thought maybe the auto brightness had just been tweaked, but I even turned the brightness way down manually and it still looks a lot better to me.
