unlocked verizon galaxy s3 can't software update or send mms messages

I was using tmobile and was not able to send mms or software update my phone, I recently switched to metropcs that is owned by tmobile. I can't create apn settings its just blank

Did you have a question?

Without a data connection you won't be able to send/receive MMS.

Unless your Verizon phone is rooted you won't be able to enter new APN values.

hey guys! so I have a verizon gs3. I rooted it and I am now running CM 10.2 version 4.3. Im not on verizon so I had to unlock it before but now it wont let me send texts.. Can someone please help me with this? I would really appreciate it.
