Unlocked verizon s7 moved to tmobile not compatible?

Just switched from verizon to tmobile with my existing unlocked s7...have had cell service and data, but it is really lame. Tech support now says that it's not compatible. ..any ideas or work arounds? Thx

If it weren’t compatible, you wouldn’t have any signal.
You might not have all T-Mo bands, but it’s definitely compatible.

Try setting up T-Mo’s APN, if it’s not already the case.
