Unlocked Z Flip 3 with ATT 5g problem

Just received my Z Flip 3 and working on ATT...only problem it only shows 4G..I have unlimited Elite (5g).. how to get it working with 5g?

Same configuration: Z Flip3 5G, factory unlocked on AT&T. I had same problem initially -- went into my local AT&T store, got a new SIM. Voila! No problem with receiving 5G.

Was a bit confusing because the previous SIM was from my AT&T branded Note20 Ultra that DID receive 5G. Must be something about the specific chips in the Flip3.

Recommend you go see your AT&T store rep.
