Unlocking Bootloader on 4.4.2?

Hi,
I'm trying to install cyanogenmod on my S3 (running 4.4.2), but I can't seem to find anything about unlocking the bootloader for this vesion of android.
Is it even possible? Am I stuck with the stock firmware?

Samsung + Verizon means locked bootloader. Which means that you can only flash modified versions of the stock ROM.

So only the samsung version of the rom can be flashed, right?
An AOSP rom wouldn't work?

i have s3 sch i535 os 4.4.2 and i use EZ unlock but i have hard brike
how have the solution help me
