Unlocking bootloader

Is anybody else having an issue here? I have developer options enabled and oem unlock checked. It shows as an adb device and I can reboot the bootloader, but when I run fastboot oem unlock it fails.

Thank you. Odd that they changed how you unlock the bootloader for the 6p
