Unlocking issues

Im currently having an issue with my 'always on' feature not working sometimes and also my unlock option not working at all. My phone will just stay at a blank screen no matter if I use the fingerprint option or the button on the right. Any suggestions as to what this could be from?

Welcome to the forums. What phone do you have? Have you already tried restarting the phone?
