Hello all! I have been trying to find out some information about unlocking my Tmobile Galaxy S6 Edge.
I paid full retail from a 3rd party for my phone which is a Tmobile unit. I am now using it on their network which is very poor in my area. I would like to use the At&t network, so I called TMO and asked for a permanent unlock. They said that even thought I brought my own hardware to their network, that I needed to have service on their network for 40 days before it could be unlocked.
So I see all of these youtube videos about a very simple unlock procedure for the s6 edge via 3rd party. None of those videos starts with a TMO phone however.
Does anyone have any first hand experience with unlocking the TMO S6?
