Unresponsive!

I used my phone to make a call about an hour ago, but now the phone is unresponsive. The lock screen shows up, but the time shows 9:45am - it's now 9:54am. None of the buttons work, and it won't charge (wireless or wired).

Any ideas on how I can reboot it?

I just called Verizon - the power button alone didn't do it - they had me hold the power button and the volume-down buttons for about 10 seconds, and it booted into a maintenance menu, where I was able to boot.

It's working now, but that's the first time I've ever seen anything where the phone just stops working - hopefully it's the last time!

two questions: did you take the security updates and are you using BK Package Disabler. mine froze for the first time yesterday and uninstalling BKPD and reinstalling it afterward fixed the issue. ymmv

If it starts to happening every day or once a week, I'd get worried. Mine just did it again yesterday. Maybe the third time since I've had the phone.
