It takes some time to download but once it finishes, run the .exe. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. Good luck, hopefully you won't have any hiccups.

okay downloaded it and ran th Exe. should i be in htc bootloader keep getting usb connection error and when it loads up the phone that is i still see a green arrrow with phone from the s-off software?

No, just have your phone booted normally to your ROM. The .exe will do everything for you. Plug the phone in, make sure USB Debugging is checked so the computer knows the phone is plugged in, run the program. It's fool proof (for the most part!).

I'm not near a computer for a few hours. Good luck. Report back. Hopefully you have success!
