yes I have superuser app
Note I am doing this becuase My camara is not working. I called verzion up and they said try a factory reset and if that doesn't work

they will ship a new phone.

So I need it so I can return to verizon

Download a superuser app called SuperSU by CHAINFIRE, it is free in the play store and under the settings in the app there is a option for Full Unroot.

There is a feature to fully unroot, yes.

No you don't need to use Triangleaway if all you did is root your phone.

Triangleaway is only needed when you have flashed a custom rom, not when you only rooted a stock rom.
So you're good to go.

Just unroot, like the other said already, using SuperSU from Chainfire and select "Full unroot".

Once that is done, you can download a "root checker" from the Play Store to check if root is working or not.
